PROFESSIONAL AND QUALITY HANDYMAN SERVICES
RCS provides residential handyman services for the Centerville Ohio and surrounding communities. The main focus is on smaller jobs that larger businesses are unable to perform because of their larger infrastructure and staff expenses. For RCS, "NO JOBS ARE TOO SMALL". The pricing on quotes is very cost effective and reasonable when ToDo lists are created instead of paying for individual tasks that require separate trips.
If you are someone in need of a handyman like myself, we can start off by scheduling a free onsite visit to discuss your ToDo list. Because I am not a licensed contractor and a one-man operation, my services are limited to more general tasks. Previous Professional Work Experience
I have been employed within large and small corporations for over 36 years in Technician and Engineering positions. I was able to gain experience in the following areas: electronics, electrical wiring, low and medium voltage electrical control and power systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, factory equipment maintenance, computer and PLC programming, safety coordination and training, project engineering and business process analysis.
Previous Home Project Experience
I worked with family and friends for over 45 years on home, garage and property projects which has given me exposure and experience with many home systems.
Recent Home and Property Inspector Training
I completed and passed the "Home Inspector" training class for Ohio at Hondros College in October of 2021. This class training enabled me to become much more familiar with most home, garage and property systems. The courses covered construction methods, proper land grades, roofing and flashing practices as well as training on electrical, gas, plumbing, cooling and heating systems. This knowledge enables me to identify home, garage and property defects that I can make you aware of so you can have qualified contractors look at and fix the issues before the damage becomes more severe and costly. I do not offer home inspection services, I will simply point out defects I happen to come across while working within your home or garage and on your property.
I did not partake in the state of Ohio "Home Inspector" testing and certification process. I was originally planning to offer both handyman work and home inspections but found out, while taking the classes, that this is considered to be a conflict of interests. So I decided to focus the RCS business on handyman services alone.
