The light fixtures were rewired to remove the ballast from the circuit. The new LED tubes were then installed.

The brackets supporting the pergola beams were separating from a weathered support board which was replaced.
An outside grill was too close to the homes vinyl siding and caused damaged.
The client needed the original kitchen counter, cabinets, sink and shelves removed and replaced with a new kitchen setup.
The client designed a water collection system on the back of their shed and needed a gutter and vinyl siding installed.
Several of the top supports were damaged by a fallen tree and replaced.
The inspection revealed a few issues: one reversed wiring circuit, two open ground circuits and a couple GFCI's that had no power to them.
