Materials

Materials costs will not have a markup. If you need specific types of materials that I have in stock or need to purchase, you will be charged the cost for the quantity used on your project. If you decide to keep the remaining unused materials purchased, you will be charged the cost of the full set.

Materials Pricing

• Materials like drywall, large amounts of wood, items needing assembly and other higher cost and/or heavier items need to be purchased by you and at your home before the work starts.
• Materials like fasteners, caulk, paint, stain, weather stripping and similar items I will purchase. If the total materials cost exceeds $50.00, you will be required to pay for these items before the work starts. Total materials costing less than $50.00 will be on the final invoice. In either case, you will receive all receipts and there is no markup, you will simply pay the actual total materials cost and sales tax.
