Quotes

The pricing for quotes is pretty straight forward and covers both labor and materials costs. The price remains the same whether the job is done quicker or it takes a little longer than first thought. If a significant amount of labor or materials is discovered to be necessary that was hidden until after work was started, the work will be stopped immediately to discuss the additional costs to complete the job correctly and make adjustments as necessary to fit within your budget.

Quote Pricing

  • The labor cost depends on the type of work that is involved. Drywall, door repair, electrical and plumbing work will have higher labor and possibly some per item costs while other simpler tasks like hanging pictures, curtain rods and shelves will have lower costs without per item amounts.
  • Payment will occur after all the work is completed, or on a weekly basis for larger projects, with all labor and materials costs defined on the invoice.

Saving Money and Time with a ToDo List

  • To get the best bang for your buck, it is best to create a ToDo list of items you need done instead of tackling each task as they come up.
  • There is a $50.00 minimum for each visit and many tasks can be completed for that amount in a single visit. If you have an urgent need that can't wait for a list to be created, the minimum cost will be $50.00 or more depending on the time and materials required to complete the task.
