Carpentry Services

The following services are provided for simple carpentry repairs and replacements:

• Mailboxes with posts and cement footings.
• Deck floor boards.
• Deck treads and risers.
• Deck hand rails and bench seating.
• Fencing pickets, rails and caps.
• Fencing gate pickets, backer rails, top rail caps, post caps, handles, hinges and latches.
• Chain link fence/gate top rails, bottom rails, ties, tension bars, tension bands, tie wires, hinges, latches, post tops and chain link.
• For other services that are not listed above, feel free to ask.

NOTE - These are situations when I will recommend having a licensed carpenter do the work:

• Your home is located in Middletown or Hamilton Ohio.
• Mailboxes housed in brick or cement.
• Deck ledgers.
• Deck rim joists or band boards.
• Deck piers and footing.
• Deck beams.
• Deck support columns.
• Deck stair stringers.
