Services Not Offered

For personal reasons as well as not being a licensed contractor, I am limited to "General Services". Some of the jobs listed below require state and/or city certification and licensing. Some involve chemicals or dusts I choose not to expose you or myself to. Some require two or more people to do the job correctly and I am a one person operation. And finally, some jobs require a large amount of time to complete and I focus on smaller jobs.

SERVICES NOT PROVIDED:

• Roof work.
• Attic work.
• Large fascia and soffit repairs - (Services offered for small sections on the first level only).
• Electrical breaker panels, sub panels and new circuits.
• New Plumbing - (Services offered for existing plumbing component replacements: Garbage disposals, toilet tanks, sink draining and outside water spigots).
• HVAC.
• Refrigeration.
• Hydronic.
• Landscaping.
• Load bearing construction.
• Cement work.
• Power washing.
• Large drywall jobs.
• Home inspections.
• Remodeling projects.
• Framed door or window installations.
• Tile jobs like: back-splashes, walls or floors.
• Brick, paver and flagstone installs or repairs.
• Hauling materials to the dump.
• Pest control like: mice, rats, raccoons, snakes or any others.
• Chemical applications like:  insecticides, pesticides, fertilizers or weed killers.
• Any type of work in areas that could contain excessive amounts of dusts, moisture, chemicals or bio growth.
• Large painting, staining or scraping jobs – (unless they are small or touch up areas where some repairs took place).
